B.E.S.T. and S.U.N. Programs: This week our current events article featured a Gem and Mineral Show in Tucson Arizona. We made strawberry banana smoothies and caramel popcorn balls. We made our own Gems and minerals for a hands-on project.

Lessenger Elementary - 1st Annual Spring Craft Show

We're looking for crafters and artisans for our first annual craft show. If you are interested in a booth space please email lessengercraftshow@yahoo.com for contract and additional information. Space and table availability are a first come, first served basis.

It was such a busy week! The B.E.S.T and S.U.N Programs studied the events around Inauguration Day, the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and made pom poms for the Lions game tomorrow. We made chocolate chip cookies and Patriotic Yogurt Parfaits too! #wearelamphere

In preparation for the Auto Show in Detroit The Lamphere S.U.N and B.E.S.T programs read a current events story about our very own Motor City. We made car air fresheners and hot dogs with fries. #wearelamphere
